At ADPT Coaching, our personalised nutrition plans evolve with you and are centred around whole foods. We believe sustainability is the precursor to any successful diet, and we support our clients in integrating their diets as part of their lifestyle, thus helping them achieve positive and sustainable results.

Surf Coaching

Take your surfing to the next level with Mike, our ISA Level 2 certified Surf Coach.  We offer one-to-one and small group sessions with video analysis in a variety of locations across South Wales.

Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning plans are tailored to meet your needs.  Whether you’re an enthusiast in your activity or an aspiring pro, our individual approach is sure to meet your needs.  During the consultation process, we work together to assess your current movements, discuss your short, medium and long-term goals and put a plan in place to ensure you’re working towards them.  Plans are reviewed regularly and you receive unlimited access to messaging services, so you can contact me anytime you get stuck or have a question. 

About us

We are a husband and wife team at ADPT committed to supporting people to achieve their health and fitness goals, leading by example.  Our nutrition plans are created by Jenna, who has a degree in Science in Health, Exercise and Sport, a level 5 Advanced Nutrition Diploma and has worked as a Teacher in education for the past 12 years.  Jen is approachable and attentive, detail-oriented, and hard-working, she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to her client’s needs.  Jen is currently studying her Masters in Human Nutrition, satisfying her drive for self-improvement and keeping up to date with the latest nutritional data.   Mike is our Strength and Conditioning and Surf Coach. He has an extensive background in professional sport, fitness and education, with credentials in Sports Coaching and Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Counselling Skills, Mike is well-placed to help you achieve your performance goals, a relatable and approachable individual, always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.

We love exploring and being outdoors and can often be found down the beach surfing and walking the coastline.
